Q: When does the 5-week Challenge start?

A: We start on Friday, January 6. The first LIVE call will be at 4:30 pm UK time. You'll get access to the recording soon after. EFT scripts and short guided videos of exercises will be clipped and accessible by the next day.

Q: When are the weekly LIVE calls?

A: I have planned for them to be on Fridays at 4:30pm UK time. If there is a different time that is suitable for more people, I’m open to rearranging the timing.

Q: I’m just starting out. Is this right for me?

A: Absolutely! In fact, if you're in the "I'm Just Starting" phase this is perfect for you. The only thing you need is an inner desire to change the way you feel, think, and respond.

Q: I’ve tried self-help techniques and they don’t work for me. Why should I bother?

A: Well, you need 2 things: The willpower to put in the effort, and the belief that you are capable of transforming your own life. Certain tools may not have worked for you in the past, or maybe you just needed to be in a different setting or head space. Or maybe it wasn’t the right time for you. But for me, the answer has never been to give up. Believe me, I used to be the queen of “nothing works for me”. I deeply believe that there is a solution that will work for you, and the key to it lies in your self-belief.


Q: I want this but I just don’t have the time.

Perfect! The bite-sized guided videos and written instructions are for you to integrate throughout your day, when you have 5 minutes here, or 10 minutes there. And the best part is that it will all be easily accessible on your mobile phone! No need to log on to a computer. The weekly live calls are a great asset to this as a group program, but you won’t miss out on any core content if you don’t attend.
